Our valued customers are protected by the Go Green Cellular thirty (30) day warranty for any problem or concern (certain conditions do apply).
- Customer must notify Go Green Cellular within thirty (30) days of the day of purchase. Go Green Cellular will provide a Return Authorization (RMA) code that customer must enter in the space provided in the right hand corner of this page.
- The Return Authorization form (RMA) must be included in your return package.
- Customer is responsible for returning product within ten (10) days of receiving the Return Authorization.
- Customer is responsible for all expenses related to returning product unless an exception is made by Go Green Cellular.
- Returns are subject to a restocking fee unless an exception is made by Go Green Cellular.
- All returns are for replacement only. Meaning – NO REFUNDS unless an exception is made by Go Green Cellular.
- All returns are for replacement of “same” model and same “quality” only unless an exception is made by Go Green Cellular.
- Go Green Cellular reserves the right to cancel any order and refund the money immediately when it becomes apparent that the customer needs will not be fulfilled.
- An administrative fee (10% of the purchase price or minimum of $4) will be applied to all cancelled orders.
